a strong, fat togruta with pale blue skin with white markings. he has mostly white lekku with some turquoise zig-zag-like patterns near her face. she's never seen without his unpainted, perfectly-polished mandalorian armour on.
summary
a former pilot in the republic fleet along with his partner. kell left after an injury and set out exploring space on his own. she discovered an ancient, sentient ship that he travelled in with several companions he made along the way. kell would later go on to found clan kell with her partner.
